压小圆op时出现马赛克……

从蓝光raw压720p，用megui弄的，试了几个preset都不行……
都是3800kbps 2-pass，大家看看参数有没有什么问题？谢谢！

先走了一遍720p无损之后解决问题……没有弄过raw的结果啊
