Probably no. You must manually insert a command to play corresponding voice file before each text line. In this patch it's done for English lines.

直接把文件夹放在EP4游戏里就可以运行了
和原来的英文版一样，存档都在“系统盘:\ProgramData\umineko4final”
可以把汉化版的envdata gloval 各种save和screenshot复制到里面

It seems there are also some typos fixed and some rewording, the most notable of which is the change of Nanjo's "autopsy" to "examination of corpse", so I updated the script:

Extract to your voice patch folder and replace existing files. Obviously, it won't work without full voice patch installed first.
